The event of the year has finally arrived!! Its time to dust off them dancing shoes and get that sexy outfit out the cupboard as the legends of house music are coming to town. For one night only we have assembled the cream of the house music scene under one roof!! With names such as “Terry Farley” “Kosmetic Funk” and “Beatfreakz” you know Deja-vous will be the night of the year!! Its time to get back to the sexy side of house!! The interest in this event has been phenomenal so make sure you get your name down early to experience what everyone will be talking about!!
DJ’S ON THE NIGHT
TERRY FARLEY-
Terry Farley is a Londoner whose formative years were spent as a fervent Chelsea supporter. By the 80's, the London club scene had gripped him and his day job as a gas fitter granted him his first tentative steps into Djing at black soul soul clubs playing electro and go-go.
Before long he was warming up with rare grooves for Paul Oakenfold at the Raid parties and started the now notorious Boy's Own fanzine with Andy Weatherall.
Remixes came first. Terry remixed 'Wrote For Luck' with Paul Oakenfold and then went onto mix the Happy Monday's and Primal Scream in the height of balaerica. This led onto Terry's first productions with Andy Weatherall, Hugo Nicholson and Pete Heller under the name Bocca Juniors, the result of which was 'Raise' 'Substance'. From here Terry teamed up with Pete Heller and has gone onto remix many of the worlds leading artists and singers, everyone from U2 to New Order, to Simply Red.
They have also gone onto produce other artists such as Kylie Minogue, The Farm and M People. Additional production work includes Kylie Minogue, U2, Jamiroquai, Michael Watford and Michael Jackson. Recent remixes for NRK Sound Division and Low Pressings and releases on Junior such as 'Sun too high in the sky' and 'Rainbow seeker'.
His own productions include his hits with the Farley & Heller project 'Ultra Flava' and 'Shout To The Top' plus recent collaborations with hit artist Rui Da Silva and many club hits as 'The Path', 'Fire Island' and 'Roach Motel' as well as mix CD's for Pacha nightclub. 'Late Night Sessions' (Ministry), 'Journeys By DJ' and most recently for his own 'Faith' Compilation.
KOSMETIC FUNK-
Having being DJ’ing for nearly 16yrs & playing in some of the biggest & some of the most well known bar & clubs all the country KOSMETIC FUNK has a strong following of loyal party go-ers & have attracted several DJ legends including Brandon Block to guest with them. As well as holding the longest continuous residencies at Abaya (Weybridge) & Essence (Kingston), weekly sets on radio station MINT FM, being hyped on Steve Smarts KISS 100 radio show & performing at the World Famous O2 Arena & also in Ibiza have all helped to get the unique blend house of music out to the masses for all to enjoy.
BEATFREAKZ-
Well having a successful year here in the UK Beatfreakz dj’s Carl-p, Labby & Kaos Kid have been playing in and around surrey together now for many years and there nights never seem to disappoint. We have now teamed together with Kosmetic Funk to bring back the sexy-ness to Abaya. This is set to be a very busy night so please arrive early to aviod being turned away!

‘HOUSE ABOUT THIS’ - Is one of Abaya’s longest and most successful Friday nights, taking place on every first Friday of the month resident Dj’s Carl-p & Labby always select the best in House music – from funky to electro dirty to classics we cater for all and you won’t leave the night disappointed. We have created this group to allow people to upload there photos from our nights and also to let you know about upcoming events.

ABAYA WILL BE THROWING THE DOORS OPEN THIS CHRISTMAS EVE! - From 8pm onwards - Resident Djs Carl-P Kaos & Mr Labby will be supplying you with the music to keep you dancing till 2am - hopefully by the time u get home Santa would of visited your house! -
Also we will be having a hog roast in the garden area from 8pm onwards served with a glass of mulled wine so don't have dinner b4 you come down as there will be plenty for all.
